Ingredients

2 pounds lamb shoulder or chuck

2 large onions, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Directions

Trim any excess fat from the lamb, then cut it into small pieces and place them in a large bowl.

Add the chopped onions, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, chopped parsley, and chopped cilantro to the bowl with the lamb.
