Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 70% cocoa solids)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions
