Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup light brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

Blue food coloring

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions

1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

2
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until a dough forms.

3
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

4
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

5
Once the cookies are completely cool, melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until smooth. Dip the top of each cookie into the melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

Storage & Reheating

Store the cooled cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until warmed through.
