2 (12 oz) packages of bacon

1 cup (200g) full-fat brown sugar

1/2 cup (120ml) maple syrup

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup (120g) chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup (60g) crumbled queso fresco

Salt and pepper to taste
