6 slices of thick-cut bacon

1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of honey

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the mini smoked sausages flat on it.

2
Bake the sausages in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until browned and firm to the touch.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

4
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and Dijon mustard together. Brush the mixture evenly onto the baked sausages.

5
Return the sausages to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the sugar has caramelized and the sausages are fully coated.
