Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon tomato paste

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once the beef is cooked, add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the onion is translucent.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the beef broth, frozen corn kernels, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and tomato paste.
