Key Ingredients

When selecting the ingredients for this recipe, make sure to choose high-quality brands and products. For the shredded cheddar, look for a premium brand that melts well and has a rich, tangy flavor. Ingredients

2 lbs ground chicken

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tsp ranch seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

1
Mix the ground chicken, milk, and ranch seasoning in a large bowl until just combined. Do not overmix.

2
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a round patty. Place the patties on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, add the patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

4
Transfer the patties to a plate and top with shredded cheddar cheese and a drizzle of chicken broth. Place under the broiler for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.

5
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides.

Storage & Reheating

If you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat by wrapping the patty in foil and heating in the oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until warmed through.
