Ingredients

2 pounds ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper

2 cloves garlic

1 egg

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, egg, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
