2 lbs Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thighs

1/4 cup Honey

1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

2 tbsp vegetable oil
