Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 cup granulated sugar

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Gradually mix in flour mixture until a dough forms.

Wrap dough tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Once chilled, roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out desired shapes and place on prepared baking sheet.
