Ingredients

1 cup Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds

1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped

1 cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup Fresh Grape Tomatoes, halved

4 slices Crusty Bread

1/4 cup Olive Oil

Salt, to taste

Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

2 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced

Start by slicing the fresh mozzarella cheese into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Place the rounds on a large plate or platter, leaving a small space between each round.

Next, sprinkle the chopped fresh basil leaves over the mozzarella cheese, making sure to leave a small border around the edges of the plate.
