Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup granulated sugar

12 large eggs, beaten

1 cup milk, divided

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract, divided

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until browned, breaking up with a spoon as it cooks. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Add the cooked sausage and mix until combined.

Pour the batter into a greased 12-inch skillet and dot the top with the butter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
