Key Ingredients

When it comes to this dish, the choice of ingredients can make all the difference. For the lean ground pork, I recommend using a high-quality brand that is low in fat and sodium. For the mixed greens, choose a combination of baby kale and spinach for the best flavor and texture. For the sesame oil, make sure to choose a high-quality brand that is 100% sesame oil, as some brands may add other ingredients like canola oil.

For the brown rice, use a high-quality brand that is low in arsenic and pesticides. And for the eggs, choose a brand that is free-range and pasture-raised for the best flavor and nutrition.
