Key Ingredients

You’ll want to use top-quality beef for the best results. Opt for a leaner cut like sirloin or strip loin, as these will yield a more tender piece of meat.

When it comes to garlic, don’t be shy! MINCED cloves are the way to go here, as you’ll get the perfect balance of flavor and texture.

Ingredients

2 cups beef strips (sirloin or ribeye)

2 cups flour

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate dish, beat the egg for the egg wash.

2
Dredge the beef strips in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess. Dip the floured beef into the beaten egg, making sure to coat it evenly. Then, roll the beef in the breadcrumbs to coat. Place the coated beef on a plate or tray.

3
Heat about 1/2 inch of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a few of the coated beef strips to the skillet (do not overcrowd). Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re browned and cooked through. Transfer the cooked beef to a plate or tray.

4
Arrange the cooked beef on a baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Drizzle the beaten egg over the beef, making sure each piece is coated.

5
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Storage & Reheating

For leftover Garlic Beef Bites, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you’re ready to reheat, simply place the desired number of beef bites on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
