GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN – Ready in Minutes

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Mix the minced garlic, softened butter, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Place the chicken breasts in a large skillet and top each breast with the garlic butter mixture. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
