Ingredients

1 lb high-quality steak (Choose cut)

1 head, garlic, minced

1 lb tortellini, cheese-filled

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Your preferred pasta sauce

Cut the steak into thin slices and season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high and sear the steak until it is browned on both sides, then set aside. Add the minced garlic and a dash of salt to another large skillet, cooking for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
