2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

2 large eggs

3 cups hulled and sliced strawberries

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
