Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

2 cups fresh green beans

1/2 cup olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons honey

8 oz elbow pasta

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente.

In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
