2 lbs Ground Beef

1/4 cup Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)

2 cloves Garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

2 cups Cooked White Rice

1 cup Frozen Kimchi, thawed

1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions, for garnish
