    8 cloves of garlic

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp black pepper

    1 cup chicken broth

Why This Recipe Works

  • Because we’re using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, this recipe is an excellent choice for those with limited kitchen time. There’s no need to spend time deboning or shaping the meat, resulting in a faster prep time.
  • By browning the chicken quickly and then finishing it in the oven, we can achieve a juicy and crispy exterior with minimal effort. This technique also helps lock in moisture, making the chicken remain tender even after a fast cooking time.
  • The secret to this recipe lies in the roasted garlic. We mellow out its pungency in the oven, allowing the sweet and nutty flavors to shine, complementing the rich, savory taste of the chicken.

Key Ingredients

When it comes to excellent results, it’s essential to use the perfect ingredients. For this recipe, choose chicken breasts from a reputable butcher or butcher shop for a better texture. You’ll also want to look for real garlic, neither substitutes nor artificial flavor enhancers. Freshly ground black pepper adds additional depth and richness to the dish, so avoid pre-ground pepper for optimal flavor. Lastly, a good-quality chicken broth with minimal salt guarantees well-balanced flavor without overpowering the chicken.

Don’t be hesitant to upgrade your grocery list with a bit of quality. Choose free-range, hormone-free chicken and pay the extra price for real garlic. These choices add up, but they make all the difference in the taste and your diet. Of course, cliche or not, food sharing on your dinner table will push you to soar further, unfinished potential.
