Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 cup pitted and sliced olives

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, juiced

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 cups fresh spinach

1 pita bread

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp chili flakes

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
