2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru)

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp grated ginger paste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 tbsp sesame oil
