ONE POT GARLIC PASTA – Easy Comfort Food

Ingredients
8 oz Pasta of Your Choice
3 cloves Garlic, Minced
1/2 cup (1 stick) Unsalted Butter
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to Taste
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, Chopped (Optional)
1 tsp Dried Basil (Optional)
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Directions

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, pasta, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine, then bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is al dente.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
