Ingredients

2 cups ranch seasoning

8 ounces cream cheese

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning and cream cheese until well combined. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat with the ranch mixture, making sure to get some under the skin as well.
