Key Ingredients

For this recipe, we recommend using high-quality, fresh ingredients. Look for organic carrots and celery for the sweetest flavor, and opt for yellow onions for their milder flavor. Be sure to choose the right type of potatoes – for this recipe, we like to use Russet or Idaho potatoes for their fluffy texture. Finally, don’t forget to sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper to bring out the flavors of the vegetables.

Fresh herbs like parsley or thyme add a bright and refreshing touch to the soup. Feel free to use either or both, depending on your personal preference. For an extra boost of flavor, try adding a tablespoon of olive oil or a sprinkle of paprika to the pot. Experiment with different combinations to find your perfect blend.
