Key Ingredients

When it comes to picking ingredients, choose high-quality strawberries for the best flavor and texture. Select a good quality all-purpose flour that provides structure to the cookies without imparting any flavor. Use a combination of granulated and brown sugar for a perfect balance of sweetness.
Fresh strawberries add a pop of color and a sweet, tangy taste to the cookies. For the best flavor, choose strawberries that are in season and at the peak of freshness.
