Ingredients

2 cups cooked white jasmine rice

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 cup frozen shiitake mushrooms

1/4 cup chopped scallions

Sushi-grade sesame seeds

Rinse the cooked white jasmine rice with cold water, then transfer it to a large saucepan and set aside.
