BACON CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE – Low Carb & Delicious

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped bacon
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cream
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano

Precaramently cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Once done, set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Stir in the cream, tomato paste, and dried oregano. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for a few minutes until the liquid has thickened slightly.
