CATTLE DRIVE CASSEROLE – Best Family Dinner

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 cup crushed crackers
Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until it is no longer pink.

Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Mix in frozen peas and carrots, shredded cheese, and milk.

Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and top with crushed crackers. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and the crackers are golden brown.
