CARAMELIZED SOY CHICKEN – Simple & Delicious

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp dried thyme
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil; set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
