Ingredients

Oats
Almond Butter
Maple Syrup
Egg Whites
Vanilla Extract
Coconut Chunks
Raw Honey
Sesame

Directions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, almond butter, and maple syrup. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to mix the ingredients until smooth.

In another bowl, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract until frothy. Gradually mix the egg mixture into the oat mixture until well combined.

Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with coconut chunks, raw honey, and sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
