HEALTHY GIRL TREAT – Guilt-Free & Healthy

Ingredients
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
2 tablespoons Honey
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Strawberry Jam
2 tablespoons Fresh Strawberry, pureed
1 cup Confectioner’s Sugar, Optional

In a large mixing bowl, whip the Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and honey till light and fluffy.

Stir in the salt and strawberry jam until just combined.

Spread the mixture into a chilled baking dish or pan to set.

Chill for 20-25 minutes until set.
