Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1 cup dried fruit (dates, apricots, or cranberries)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: chocolate chips or other mix-ins of your choice

Directions

Mix the oats, nuts, and dried fruit in a large bowl.
