Ingredients
Brown Rice
Diced Chicken Breast
Finely Chopped Onion
Minced Garlic
Korean Chili Flakes

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Stir in the Korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute. Add the soy sauce and cook for an additional minute, until the sauce has thickened.

Add the grated carrots and cooked chicken back into the skillet, stirring to combine with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are tender.

Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and brown rice on the side.
