Instructions

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.

Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until dough forms.

In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling.

Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface. Spread filling evenly.

Roll the dough up tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic and chill for 20+ minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice log into 1/2 inch rounds.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set. Cool completely.
