Ingredients
  

  • 4 large chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 0.75 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Pound chicken to even thickness and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in a skillet with oil for 2 mins per side (optional) or place directly in baking dish.
  • Brush chicken generously with BBQ sauce.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until almost cooked through.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Bake 5 more minutes until melted.
