CRUNCHY ZUCCHINI CHIPS – Guilt-Free & Healthy

Ingredients

Zucchini, sliced into 1/8-inch rounds
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the zucchini slices are crispy and golden brown.
