HONEY GLAZED SALMON BOWL – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillets (6 oz each)
2 tbsp Pure Honey
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Ground Ginger
2 cups Broccoli Florets
1 cup Cauliflower Rice

Directions

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ginger. Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the salmon fillets.
